ADNTT-LE 1: ORGANIZATION BEHAVIOR IN ECCE/NURSERY SETTING
Teacher quality competence and skill : Fostering harmonious environment and effective home school relations for children’s to learn and be emotionally secured; observations of children and critical thinking on everyday activates; reflecting on classroom interaction and making children socially comfortable; sharing and discussing teaching learning experiences; devising new strategies and resolving interpersonal conflicts; picking up cues of deviant behavior in children and sensitivity to Childs need.
Classroom Management: Helping children making the transition from home to ECCE/Nursery settings with parental assistance; Managing large groups and mixed age groups; arrange classroom space for individual child as per requirement; Manage children participation in activities and bring discipline
Working with Parents and Community for creative home school interaction: To know the parents and family dynamics through home visits and meetings; Helping parents understand and ease to home to school transition; utilizing community resources and talents for ECCE/NURSERY/NURSERY setup; Using traditional drama, role play or modern media for information, education and communication (IEC)
ADNTT-LE 2: HEALTH & NUTRITION OF PRESCHOOLERS
Concept of health and Nutrition, indicators of children’s health, common ailments and diseases in children: Identification, prevention and remedial measures. Health and hygiene programs in a preschool/ ECE center: Major components of health and hygiene program, cleanliness of the centre, safety measures.
